Refund policy
Space City Vintage wants you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make returning it as simple as possible.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item. Requests made after this window won't qualify for a refund.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging, where applicable
Items that show signs of wear, odor, or damage may not be accepted after inspection.
How to Start a Return
To return an item, visit our return center and submit your return request with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll email you a free return shipping label — just print it out and follow the included instructions on how and where to send your item back. Our team is happy to assist you throughout the process if you have any questions along the way.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we process refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
No Charges, No Restocking Fees
There are no charges at any stage of the return or refund process — no return shipping costs, no restocking fees. What you paid is what you get back.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
